How do I become a Luxon?

I've been trying to figure this out too, but all i get are "clever" anwsers like, "play the game you stupid noob", or a variety of expletives.

well, ive gotten to cavalon and that seems like where you do it but its confusing i get different answers every time.

You get a quest from someone in the keep after the seijung district. Aren't you glad you know? Doesn't it help you loads?
